Beware of the shambolic driving of this company’s van. Such dangerous driving caused me and my daughter to emergency stop on the A565 to prevent a crash. The stop was so harsh even the expensive crockery we’d purchased smashed. If the driving of this company is anything like the service they provide I’d avoid at all cost.

West Coast Glass replaced our old victorian windows and they have done a first class job. John Hope initially came to measure up and was extremely helpful, guiding us through the options . His advice and experience regarding what would suit the house and at the same time listening to what we had in mind was very much appreciated. The ladies in the office were always friendly and on hand to answer any queries. The fitters Darren and John were friendly, professional, always on time and did an excellent job. Plus they always left the place clean and tidy. The windows are of excellent quality as are the two new doors. The new front door was a copy of the original stained glass one and I couldn't be happier at how it has turned out. The person responsible for ensuring the colours were as near to the original as possible and recreating it did an excellent job ( sorry I don't know your name). The new stained glass window on the landing looks fabulous, again thanks to John Hopes expert advice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend West Coast Glass for quality, excellent service and a fair price.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Our whole experience with this company has been amazing. We had met a few other conservatory suppliers. Pushy sales people, vastly over priced quotes and most off putting. Then we met John Hope at West Coast.... No pressure selling, knowledgeable, fairly priced and excellent service. His team did a fantastic job. Special thanks to Colin, Darren, Luke and Dave. We now have the conservatory of our dreams.

I have just had some French windows fitted. The quality of the product is excellent. The fitters arrived on time and did an really good job. All rubbish was taken away, so there was very little cleaning up to be done.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company.John helped me choose the right windows for my property, his knowledge being expert and honest.Received a great quote for my windows and patio doors.The fitters, Colin and Darren were friendly and carried out the job to the highest standard, despite it being on the 2nd floor...and no lift!
