Had my whole house done... Explained clearly what I wanted... The windows that came were wrong had to be remade... The front door was far too wide so ended up cutting brickwork away to fit... The bay window sill was over cut leaving a massive gap that got filled with cement that has dropped out and no real way to fix this mess but replace with new sill .. Trim everywhere has fallen off.. Fair do to the boss who inspected the job and made the fitters refit my front door for the third time as it was fitted quite clearly at an angle and stood out like a sore thumb.... Recently, the patio door trim has come away revealing no insulating foam... Having checked the rest of the windows now, no foam has been used... No wonder it's still cold and I can hear everyone outside... The worst but is they use hammers to knock render away instead of cutting it neatly... When finished they use cement to fill what they k knocked away and my house looks like its been machine gunned and needs a complete repaint.... Never again... Had my last house done by another Company and what a lovely nice clean job... Cheap isn't best.... Now I have to take off every piece of trim, rematch the render, foam fill everywhere and fully repaint the whole exterior... What a cost this

Just had new front door & side window panels fitted, 100% happy with the job. Very neat finish, excellent fit. Deffo recommended Ultraseal, cheapest quote but can't fault them.

I have just had all my windows and doors replaced by Ultra Seal. The job was carried out efficiently from start to finish within the allotted time frame of four days and the price was quite competitive. I would recommend Ultra Ultra Seal.

Used them for a number of jobs. Windows are ok, fitting ok. The prices are better than some other local installer by a long way. They did seem to miss some places where expanding foam should have gone in. If you're handy with a tin of the stuff this shouldn't be too much of a problem. I've had pricer installers do /miss things worse than that. For replacements of soffits, eaves, again the job locks ok. Because the job involves having to strip back the first few line of tiles they end up working on the roof and have used the wrong materials (especially felting, drip tray) where they have replaced stuff, causing a further chain of issues picked up by a proper roofer. Best leaving anything to do with the roof/near to the roof to a reputable roofing contractor.

we had new windows and doors fitted in 2008 very satisfied with the work. but now the window handles are loose, one is broke rung up to have it replaced only to be told the handles are only guaranteed for 12 months. it would cost us £25 call out and £7. 50 for the handle. what a cope out when you think how much you use the bathroom window which is the one that is loose. so would not recommend them.
