Welcome to Southport Glass! We are a long established, family run local business with over 60 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. From what was once a small glass cutting workshop we have expanded to the large factory that stands today. Over the years we have invested into in the latest glass cutting technology and manufacturing machinery to ensure our products are only created to the highest of standards. Due to the high quality of our products we have a license to manufacture doors & frames to Secured by Design standard which is a police backed initiative to help reduce crime. We are also backed by BM Trada where our products are sent for testing every year to ensure they are meeting the required standard. In addition to our up-to-date machinery and accreditations, we have many experienced members of staff working in both the uPVC & Aluminium and Double Glazing factories. The majority of our staff members have been with us for over 10 years, giving you peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time. If you are unsure about any of our products or want to ask a question you can give us a call or pop into our showroom where we have several items on display, any of our friendly and knowledgeable office staff will be able to give advice and guide you in the right direction. On the left hand side you will find the glass production where all our glass is cut and processed ready to be used in double or triple glazed units. On right hand side you will find the uPVC and Aluminium production where all our frames are cut and manufactured. Everything we make at Southport Glass is made to measure so have a look inside and see where it all begins. More and more people want an alternative option to uPVC, whether this is down to the colour, texture or maybe the slimline profile that aluminium window frames and doors can offer. We can supply aluminium windows and doors to your required specification and colour. With investments into the latest technologies, alongside our knowledgeable staff, we can create the perfect product to suit your home. All of our uPVC, Aluminium & Double Glazed units are produced here at Southport Glass and created to suit each individual customer, from the style of the window right down to the hardware options – every product is unique. Whether it be a modern Aluminium style window and door or the classic uPVC look, each one of our products comes with unique style and colour options. Both of our Aluminium and uPVC products come with a selection of colour options including dual-colour combinations. We also offer a range of hardware colours to suit your chosen product. All of our uPVC products are manufactured using VEKA profile and our Aluminium products are created using ALUK profile. Having worked with these profiles for several years, we can guarantee a perfect finish every time.

We needed some glass for our greenhouse, there are some specialist around if you don't mind driving 40 miles round trip. Bit of a pain to drive all that way to save couple pounds. We telephoned Southport Glass, asked for thinnest glass they have in stock 4mm. A woman asked us to email the measurements of the 3 panes of glass. As Southport Glass close to our residence, they were delivered free of charge at the end of next day. A cheerful chap delivered the glass and said he would carry them into our home as it is a pain to carry them. I would highly recommend.

Just had my windows replaced I’m absolutely delighted with them. They look amazing! Nothing was too much trouble throughout choosing the window types and the customer service was superb, I found a scratch on one of the panels and couldn’t confirm it was delivered that way but they even replaced it for me! Above and beyond, thank you southport glass :)

Had a peice of stained glass made here for my living room door , I was worried it wouldn't look as good as the more traditionally made stained glass but thought I'd give it a go anyway ......I sent over my ideas and Martin who works there on the front counter helped me come up with a design by using my ideas and sending me mock up pictures , nothing was to much trouble , my glass was delivered and now its fitted I'm absolutely made up with it, looks even better than i imagined it would , and the cost was very reasonable too. I will definately use them again in the near future .
