Highly recommend. Experienced and trustworthy. Beautiful Georgian style windows and a beautiful new composite front door were installed. I enquired and ordered in Dec and installation was booked earlier than anticipated in Feb which was great. The entire process was simple and straightforward and all the staff have been really friendly and helpful along the way. Vicky managed everything perfectly - super organised! On the days of installation (about 2.5days), John and Rob worked super hard and did a great job of cleaning up and ensuring everything was left in a good state. Any issues were proactively resolved and I was kept informed along the way. We had a slight door issue (manufacturing issue with the lock cylinder and nothing to do with installation) which was about 5 weeks later and Vicky was immediately on it to help and sort. Really happy with quality and service. Thank you team!

We had a full installation of several windows, two doors, one french door and three bifolds which was superb. The workmanship, aftercare and customer service provided by the wonderful Clive, super efficient Vicki and the professional and friendly team is totally outstanding. We’d never go anywhere else or recommend a window company other that Radcliffe Glass & Windows Ltd. Thanks ever so much!

Very pleased with the whole process of initial visit and installation of French doors. The doors look perfect and the work was carried out without no inconvenience caused and no damage to the newly decorated wallpaper. Would definitely recommend and use again for any further windows or doors.

Fantastic build! Really professional personnel on the job and well organised and co-ordinated. Had a slight design/build communication error with a door slightly in the wrong place, this was swiftly corrected. But would suggest going over the final drawings just before building commences. Had a design change. They accommodated efficiently., The alteration charge felt slightly high given the small amount of time involved but not excessively so. Found contract a little one sided with penalties if customer was tardy but no comeback if they are. The did have a guarantee scheme, but if doing more than windows, the value may not cover the full build.

In an era of failing companies and poor customer service, RG&W are a very welcome difference. I had an excellent experience with this company from the first call I made to their intelligent and responsive office staff, through Ian’s detailed and patient assistance in the selection and design process, and culminating in Tom’s and Matt’s skilfull and affable installation of an excellent set of doors. Difficult to fault.
