Customer service is an absolute joke it’s pretty much none existent after they have taken your hard earned money. Fitters turned up one day for about one hour and then said thats all we can do today we haven’t got the right equipment with us. The door we ordered 3 months in advance turned up a week late and Was the wrong size which meant having to book even more time off work. They didn’t screw the roof edge guard back on after replacing the fascia’s so it fell off a week later. And when I rang to tell them they just said we didn’t touch that so it’s not our fault. I then had to pay £60 for a roofer to come a fix their mess! They also left to old front door on my drive way for 10 days before eventually picking it up, but only after numerous phone calls to the not so friendly receptionist for them to collect it ( only one of them is not so friendly). To be fair the fitters that fitted the door actually did a good job with it being the wrong size and all.Tuesday 30th November 2021

Sandra Williams1 StarThe definition of cowboy builders! The window they fitted is leaking left right and centre. I called them out to fix it and gave them the benefit of the doubt, yet I now have the same problem and they are refusing to take responsibility despite multiple opinions from different tradesman about their negligent workmanship.
Never again will I deal with this company, nor would I reccomend anyone to do so. An absolute disgusting disgrace!Wednesday 3rd November 2021
