ron johnson5 StarThankyou Steve for replacement window recently fitted, it matches perfectly with the other windows given it has design with lead feature. We are more than happy. The professionalism of all within your company is outstanding we were kept informed re: time scale of collection of damaged unit to the fitting of new unit. Also yourself and colleagues are very complient with present covid restrictions and wore appropriate PPE in our home. Whole experience was PANELESS Excuse the pun!
