After approaching a few trades people and being met with either negative or non response during these chaotic times (April 2021), we managed to speak to Jonathan Elwell Bespoke Joinery on our first attempt of contact regarding a potential order for a new bespoke oak front door. Despite the fact they too were inundated with new orders they readily agreed to discuss our needs explaining that they would indeed welcome our order, but only on a slightly extended time frame. Throughout the whole experience we were kept updated of the progress of the manufacture of our new door via emails and were invited to ask any questions we may have had. As well as the manufacture of the door I understand an excellent fitting service is also available if desired. The whole process was a pleasurable, stress free experience from start to finish. The door was ready on the time specified, in fact slightly earlier and Wow! It's surpassed our expectations! We are more than happy with the end result and thank all personnel involved in the replacement of our front door. Thank you to Jonathan Elwell and team from a very happy customer!

We ordered a new, solid oak front door from Jonathan Elwell. It was the final step in our renovation project and the team were super helpful sourcing handles and glass to match the other windows and doors. We could not be happier with our new door and Phil and Ian (the door fitters) were first class...highly recommended!

We are delighted with our stable door from Jonathan Elwell. The whole process was simple and thorough from our very first enquiry, and the service from this company has been excellent! We needed a follow-up visit due to a slight problem after fitting (nothing to do with the fitters, who are fantastic), and this minor modification was dealt with swiftly and extremely competently. We love our new door and can't wait to open up the top half next spring, as soon as we have some warmer weather!
