I was highly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. As you can see from the photos, they did a great job. Their workmanship and professionalism was exemplary. He put our ideas in his laptop to show us what our new door would look like. 4 weeks later our new door and frame were fitted. It looks stunning and is a really good quality product. DAVID WRAY1 StarWe have had numerous issues with our Guardian Warm Roof fitted to our conservatory by Elite for over 10 years. water leaking in. Roof not attached to the house wall. And the most recent issue, the plywood roof below the roof tiles has totally rotted away and is letting water into our conservatory. Elite's response to this. "You are out of your guarantee period" The problem is not ours to repair! They have not even bothered to come and look at the roof to see what the problem is for themselves. They did a site viewing via google maps!! Which incidentally shows are old conservatory roof.
So buyer beware!!! They are not trust worthy or take any responsibility for their own poor workmanship!Tuesday 21st May 2024
