Geoff and his team did a fantastic job on my windows and doors. Nothing was too much trouble for Geoff, he took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, and once I'd made my mind up he kept me informed all the way through the process. The lads who fitted the windows and doors were friendly and efficient, they left my house clean and tidy and looking really smart. Overall I'm really happy with my new doors and windows, and I'd recommend Direct Trade Window Systems to anyone.

In February 2021 a composite front door was fitted by Geoff Grimmer via his team at Direct Trade Window Systems. Whilst doing my first clean of the front door a few months later, I noticed on the outside of the front of the door there was a crack of about 1 inch. I immediately contacted Geoff about this but was told by him that because of Covid-19 he could not do anything about it. I did not hear from him so I had to contact him again in August 2020. He said until everything was back to normal, he could not do anything about the door. I still heard nothing and contacted him again a couple of weeks ago but to date, he has totally ignored me. I am obviously unhappy with the cracked door and upset that Geoff has not had the decency to get back to me and put this right. I am very unhappy with Geoff and Direct Trade Window Systems and I would not recommend them at all.
