Kitchen cupboards beautifully made and mostly installed but job not finished. Pelmets not fitted, internal shelves not fitted, one door not put on correctly so joining door didn't match. Waited over 6 months for job to be finished, we finally paid another firm to finish job. Presented calderstones bespoke joinery will bill from other firm but they haven't paid us. Will not recommend

The worst customer service ever. Its been a couple of months now and still no quote or any contact whatsoever despite several messages, calls and face to face talks about a simple joinery job. They were clearly only ever fobbing me off and only reply to those they want to instead of providing good customer service to all. EDIT... How very convenient no sooner that i put this review up the guy happens to message me demanding i take it down. Firstly this goes to show he was ignoring my custom on purpose as he clearly knew who i was to contact me back. Secondly i am in my rights to leave a review here so do not demand anything of the kind because this review is to help others so it's staying put.
