Unprofessional time wasters. We moved into a home that originally had a Bayfield front door installed which the previous owners relocated during a remodel which resulted in the door requiring maintenance. After 5-6 promises from Declan to send the maintenance team Chris arrived 1 month later to complete the assessment. Another 6 calls later to Declan he failed to provide a cost to complete the work which resulted in me making a final call on Friday 1 October 2021. I gave them a final chance provide a cost a cost before close of business Monday, still no call! I would not recommend them nor would I ever do business with them. We had planned to test them on a repair before getting them to quote for skylights and lantern roof, glad we avoided getting embroiled in potentially a much bigger issue. I would rate them 0 stars but google is generous and sets 1 star as standard.

Bayfield Bespoke completed the installation of Masterframe replacement sash windows in July and we could not be happier with our windows which have garnered much praise from neighbours. We also can’t say enough in praise of Bayfield whose guys were a pleasure to have around. Always working efficiently and clearing up impeccably after themselves. They went above and beyond to be sympathetic to the issues arising from installation in an old Victorian property and consulted us throughout over the best way around any difficulties that were thrown up. The craftsmanship of their finishing, especially on the tricky curved bay windows was superb. As we were in a conservation area the required restoration and encapsulation of the leaded light sections in the front of the house have proven to be exceptionally successful.

Searched local suppliers and found "Bayfield Bespoke" and by chance spoke to a friend who had used them and they highly recommended them. I still got 4 different companies to give me quotes and was impressed with the pricing and the quick response to my enquiry.Price quoted was within my budget and the quality of materials shown to me were impressive. Years ago,in a different property, we endured a nightmare getting the job started and repeated delays with the fitters coming up with all manner of excuses. We were therefore over the moon with the team from Bayfield as they turned up on time every day, did a great job and were the tideist workers I have ever seen. The supply of Tea/Coffee/Biscuits and cake may have helped !!! but seriously the whole process went without a hitch and I could not speak highly enough about this team and would recommend them highly. A very neglected house with rotten windows. We had to make arrangements long distance because of lockdowns. Declan and his team supplied and fitted windows the windows professionally and quickly keeping us in the loop at every stage. They went the extra mile throughout. Honest, hard working and a pleasure to do business with. The job was extremely competitively priced. I highly recommend this company, none better.
