My advice in one word ‘avoid’ them. Please compare the market before falling in the trap. We had two quotes already for our conservatory and the price quoted by them was £8-10k more than others. The person who came for the site survey was extremely arrogant and felt like didn’t want to quote. Even before he started to measure, he gave the price and I was surprised at his estimate. I explained to him that I have two quotes which are half his estimate and he started to walk out. That was so rude but because he was at my property so I gave him respect otherwise I wanted to ask him if his conservatory is gold plated?? I know the market and even if you are a v high quality supplier which obviously you are not the difference in price is max 2k or 3k not £8k. I expected him to first measure properly and talk me through his estimated quote but no effort wad made to listen to the client. Perhaps he had no feet to stand as he over priced it and couldn’t defend. Please stop ripping innocent people and send reasonable, sensible and friendly staff to site survey.

Had porch built, windows and gates fitted. Windows are great. Porch has had a number of issues, which are still not resolved 6 months later, alongside the gates expanding and having to be refitted again still not totally resolved. All of this causing stresses in ones personal life. Seriously underwhelming.
