Good products, however, poor finish, damaged items on arrival to site and terrible communication and aftercare sales. Some issues still not resolved months later. Really disappointed after coming recommended. Good customer service and after sales costs nothing, I won’t be using this company again nor will I be recommending them.

Tried to give this company a job with around 35 windows and doors. Sent full architects specifications and spoke to them about colours, lead times etc only to finally receive an email saying they can't quote off the architects specifications. Told me some of the sizes meant they couldn't manufacture the type of window in that size and asked whether client wanted 1 pane or 2 in the windows.. ..well, unless it's on the schedule as 2 I'd have thought it common sense to assume it is 1 pane unless there is a manufacturing or planning reason to be more than 1. Seems like you can't give work away nowadays.

Company overall isn't too bad but the owner in this particular store in Leyland is pretty poor. Think we may move onto a new supplier now in Lostock Hall.
